The Log Cabin pattern symbolizes home, warmth, and security with the center square representing the hearth, or fireplace, of the cabin. The Log Cabin quilt pattern has a long history in the United States, dating back to the mid-1800s. It became very popular during the American Civil War to raise funds for the Union Army.

This tote is medium sized, great for carrying library books or taking home a few bottles from the wine shop.
